• List your company as you would like it to appear on the Chapter Partner footer and banner.
• List Company representative names, email and/or phone for the Chapter website and City Center email distribution lists.  Identify which City Center emails you would like to receive. List one or all of the following City Centers: Austin, Dallas, Fort Worth, Houston, Oklahoma City, San Antonio, Tulsa and West Texas.
• If you would like to pay by check please enter INVOICE in the box labeled Discount Code.
• If you would like to pay on a quarterly payment plan, please enter QUARTERLY you will only be charged 25% at this time and be invoiced at the beginning of each quarter. Full payment must be completed by the end of 2025. Payment cannot be discontinued. If you have selected a sponsorship level you are committing to a full year of Chapter Sponsorship.
