We need YOUR help!

Any San Antonio professional in the A&D industry can participate. We are looking for Architects, Interior Designers, Project Managers, Landscape Architects, Furniture Reps, and any one else that is willing to spend a few minutes with students looking to polish their interview skills and feedback for their portfolios.

How do you sign up? 

Review the agenda below and register for the time slot that works for your schedule. (Time slots are listed under the registration.) We recommend to arrive early and take advantage of looking at the products from all of our exhibitors.

***NOTE: You will be conducting (3) 20 minute sessions, totally (1) hour.***

***Volunteer Times: 4:00-5:00 or 5:00-6:00***

3:00-4:00 Exhibitor Set up

4:00-7:00 Industry Exhibition | Table Show

4:00-6:00 Head-shots | Arrive 10 minutes before your schedule time. Only 5 minutes per shot

4:15-4:45 Interviews/Portfolio — 20 minutes per round

6:10-7:45 Imagine That: A Masquerade Kick-Off Party
